Take the chance and lay the foundation for your career start with an apprenticeship at Fraunhofer IOSB. With us, you will experience top-level research at first hand and at the same time be a part of it. You will be accompanied by our trainers and technical supervisors. They have a high level of expertise and many years of professional experience, which they use to prepare you optimally for your professional life. This is also confirmed by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), which recognized us for our excellent training for the sixth time in 2019. The training usually lasts three years. The theoretical part of the training is taught at a vocational school in Karlsruhe. And finally, the IHK will take your final examination. Employment, remuneration and social benefits are based on the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD).
