As a working student in Strategy & Architecture, you will support us in shaping RWE Renewables IT/OT landscape for the digital and renewable future. You will gain hands‑on experience in IT/OT architecture, process design, and application documentation while working closely with architects, product owners and IT/OT teams across the organization. About the role * Create and update architecture diagrams and application relationships, and support the documentation of the IT/OT landscape, using modern enterprise tools such as LeanIX, ServiceNow and Confluence * Consult regularly with the responsible contacts from the specialist departments regarding the applications and technologies used in RWE Renewables * Model and maintain IT processes according to BPMN 2.0 in BIC Process Design, including documentation of relevant process responsibilities * Preparation of presentations, concepts and documentation for internal stakeholders
