Als aktive Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Koordination von Schulungen mit SAP SuccessFactors Mitarbeit bei der inhaltlichen Überarbeitung des Schulungsangebots oder bei der Recherche von Schulungsanbietern Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft der Lekkerland Trainings-Akademie Unterstützung in aktuellen Projekten der Personalentwicklung, z.B. im Bereich Performance Management oder Diagnostik Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Bildungsberichten und Auswertungen

Requirements

Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie
Studienschwerpunkt idealerweise in Personal- oder Erwachsenenbildung
Erfahrung in den MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
