Job Description

Als stagestudent binnen het HR team maak je deel uit van een breder team en ben je een belangrijke schakel in het voorbereidend proces voor de strategie ikv campusrekrutering voor het volgende academiejaar. Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning en leert je zo de processen van binnen en buiten kennen.Je krijgt de kans om mee na te denken over de invulling van komende events en helpt bij verschillende HR-projecten, afhankelijk van jouw interessegebied.

Requirements

Je volgt een HR-gerelateerde studie (bachelor/master psychologie, human resource management, handelsingenieur, handelswetenschappen,...)
Je bent vlot met de computer
kan gemakkelijk omgaan met nieuwe software
Je hebt een voeling met de IT wereld
bent zelfredzaam
gaat proactief te werk
Je hebt een dienstbare en klantgerichte houding
beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden
Je bent een teamspeler
bent gedreven om je taken goed af te werken
Je kan je in de maanden augustus en/of september beschikbaar stellen
