







You will be a member of the Celonis Global Events team and support a range of workstreams across our portfolio of events. You help ensure that, from planning through showtime, all elements are executed seamlessly — before, during, and after our events. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of workstreams and you will work with a broad group of in-house stakeholders and external resources, collaborating throughout the monthslong process leading up to each event with teams like Celonis Brand and Design, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, PR and Comms, Sales, Services, Ecosystem, as well as agencies and vendors that provide services for our events. To work across various workstreams, it is critical that you have top-notch skills in communication and focused execution — as well as a collaborative and creative spirit. We’re looking for a hands-on operator who is ready to take on the challenge of bringing our events to the next level and ensuring seamless delivery against our ambitious goals. A strong passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our community is a must! This role reports to the Director of Global Events. The work you’ll do: * Support multiple workstreams for Celosphere, the annual Celonis conference for customers and partners, a multimillion euro, 3000+ attendee conference * Own and drive an internal project * Work across different departments and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure all voices are heard while keeping the project on track * Optimize and document your processes and report against the defined success metrics
