Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) working student to join our finance team. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our financial strategies. Scope of duties: * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data * Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide insights on financial performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for financial modeling * Help maintain financial databases and reporting tools * Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed * Present findings and recommendations to the finance team
