Support on operational implementation of Southern-Europe Project and Initiatives (e.g. keep roadmap and documentation of communities and meetings updated, translations, update excel files and analysis) Support in effective sfdc.com release management: creation of training documentation in English and Italian (e.g. videos, “how tos”, Q&A files), and optimize communication flow and channels Report bugs and tickets for sfdc.com improvements to global 1st level support of the Hilti sales teams in case of issues with Salesforce / AI Tools 2nd level support of local market contact persons in case of issues with global software solutions
