








The intern will join the Guest Experience Team, playing an active role in creating memorable moments for our guests. They will support the department’s daily operations and contribute to ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest journey throughout the stay. Key Responsibilities: * Assist guests by providing tailored information, directions, and recommendations about the city of Milan, while also promoting the hotel’s facilities and Marriott services. * Collaborate closely with various departments, especially Reception, to ensure a smooth and coordinated guest experience. * Learn how to handle guest complaints professionally, turning service challenges into opportunities for excellence. * Support check‑in and check‑out procedures and assist the switchboard team with managing internal and external calls. Throughout the internship, the intern will gain first-hand experience with the standards and operating procedures of a 5‑star luxury hotel, developing strong communication and service skills while interacting with an international clientele.
