Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside an established and successful premium flooring business based in Wootton who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident Trainee Business Executive to join their team. As Trainee Business Executive, your role will be very varied where you will gain valuable experience in customer service, sales, and administration and learn about the general day to day running of a business. As Trainee Business Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, responding to customer emails, diary management and dealing with suppliers. Therefore, you must be confident and passionate about building strong personable relationships with customers and corporate clients alike. The successful Trainee Business Executive will therefore be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining flooring options, sending customers further details and booking in appointments. Therefore, attention to detail and offering customer service excellence is paramount. Our client pride themselves on the quality of their work and the ability to provide an accurate and seamless customer experience every time. The successful Trainee Business Executive will work alongside the existing team to learn customer service, sales and administrative processes and should be extremely organised and able to effectively manage a high workload once up to speed in the role.
