Talk to customers to understand what they need, what's broken, and what's possible Build functional prototypes and MVPs using AI-native tools (Cursor, Lovable, Claude, v0) Design and build automations and integrations that connect our product to customer workflows—using tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, and direct API integrations Write product specs, user stories, and prioritization frameworks that the team actually uses Analyze product usage data to figure out what's working, what's not, and what to build next Research competitors, map the landscape, and surface insights that shape roadmap decisions Work with engineering and design to scope, ship, and iterate on features Pick up whatever needs doing.
