Supporting the Cluster Recruiter and HR Team in hiring and attracting new colleagues · Reviewing CV’s and selecting the right candidates · Learning and use all of our recruitment systems including LinkedIn Recruiter · Being part of the HR teams of Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. · Coaching and supporting the hiring managers · Assisting the hiring managers in the interview process · Working together with the Cluster Recruiter on the Employee Value Proposition · Promoting the hotels towards new candidates on social media · All while maintaining the Hyatt Standards

Requirements

currently enrolled in a Hospitality or HR-related study program
