This is for 3rd year students studying in the AEC (Architectural, Engineering or Construction) Industry whom would like to join Vertiv’s BIM & Digital Engineering Department with further exposure to Project Management, Electrical & Mechanical teams. The successful candidate will be in full time third level education where they must take a 1 year placement in industry. RESPONSIBILITIES * Reporting to the Department Head this position presents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to BIM & Digital Engineering software, processes & being apart of the team in the Design & Delivery of Engineering Products in the Busbar department contributing to the ever-growing Data Center & Construction Industry. * The main remit of the role will involve working with BIM & Digital Engineering Coordinators to support ongoing BIM projects utlising industry leading software like Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) & contributing to the overall BIM & Information Management efforts of the department. * You will also have the opportunity to move around departments like Project Management, R&D and Mechanical/Electrical teams to gain further working knowledge of a projects lifecycle.
