As Fund Oversight Controller Trainee, you will contribute to the oversight and control of the delegated functions (Fund Administration and Depositary). You will be asked to assist the team in various controls, such as: Review and analyse the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) of the funds, including monthly reviews and exception reports from delegates. Review the reconciliations between the fund records and the custodian records. Monitor stale and manual prices. Participate in monthly meetings with delegates and draft the meeting minutes. Review the draft annual accounts and other fund reporting. Assist in the preparation of Board meetings. Oversee the coordination of the fund corporate life cycle (general meetings of shareholders, board circular resolutions, etc…) Verify and check the financial statements. Perform various administrative tasks. Given the size of the team, the Fund Controller Trainee will also provide support in various operational tasks of the ManCo whenever needed.
