We are looking for several enthusiastic students to support Euroclear’s Legal, Governance and Regulatory Division on a wide variety of matters. The position is located in Brussels at Euroclear HQ. You will have a unique opportunity to enter into the world of finance and build foundations for further development in that area and enhance your chances for future employment. You will join a dynamic multinational and multicultural division of around 120 people. The LG&R division consists of lawyers, paralegals, corporate governance and regulatory relationship experts that are located in Brussels, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Helsinki. You will acquire on - the - job experience and training on a variety of topics related to Euroclear’s business. You will be accompanied by a mentor during your internship. You will assist and provide support to the LG&R Division on a variety of topics. Activities may include: conducting legal research, performing applicability assessments and impact analysis of applicable laws and regulations, advising the business on a variety of legal & corporate governance matters, drafting and updating contracts and legal documentation, organising management and board meetings, supporting reporting activities to management and supervising authorities.
