Du hast Interesse am People Management und möchtest neben deinem Studium erste praktische Erfahrungen in Personalauswahl, Personalbetreuung und HR-Projekten sammeln? Dann werde ab sofort Teil unseres HR-Teams am Standort Osnabrück und gestalte als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Human Resources (10-20 Stunden/Woche) aktiv den Alltag unseres People Managements mit.

Requirements

Du studierst im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang - idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
Du hast Interesse an generalistischen HR-Themen und möchtest sowohl den Bereich Personalauswahl als auch Personalbetreuung kennenlernen
Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um
Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Dich kennzeichnet eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
