Job Description

Are you a top-performing, numbers-driven problem solver with a passion for energy and finance? Cloover is one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate fintechs, backed by leading investors and already managing billions in credit facilities to accelerate the energy transition. We’re looking for an exceptional Corporate Finance Intern to support our capital markets, fundraising, and project finance activities. You will work directly with the CFO and senior management on debt capital markets transactions, lender relations, and Series A fundraising. This is a front-line role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and impact.

Requirements

Outstanding academic track record in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline from a top-tier university.
Strong quantitative and analytical skillset; confident working with complex models and datasets.
Passion for energy markets and the energy transition; eager to make a real impact.
Fast thinker with the ability to deliver accurate results under pressure.
Hard-working, entrepreneurial, and accountable — thrives in high-growth, high-impact environments.
Excellent communication skills in English.
