Student Support & Inclusion - Wellingborough Location: Wellingborough Start Date: ASAP / Flexible Contract: Full-time (term-time) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a supportive school in Wellingborough to recruit a Student Support & Inclusion Mentor to join their pastoral team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils with behavioural, social, or emotional needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and school life. The Role: * Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional guidance * Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion across the school * Supporting pupils to develop emotional regulation, resilience, and social skills * Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads * Helping to create a calm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
