

As a working student (f/m/d) in the Operations Excellence & Business Insights team, you will support initiatives that improve how SAP engages with customers and measures business performance. You will contribute to building tools, reports, and assets that enhance business insights and help streamline end-to-end operational processes. Key Responsibilities: * Support analysing customer performance data to ensure accuracy and correctness of business measures * Support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide business insights across SAP board areas * Assist in designing and improving processes and tools that increase productivity for SAP’s customer-facing teams * Contribute to automation initiatives that simplify operational processes (e.g., cloud renewal forecasting and churn prevention) * Help drive innovation through the use of technology in operational workflows (e.g. Artificial Intelligence)
