Support the evaluation and analysis of potential investment opportunities * Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and detailed financial analyses * Develop internal and external presentations, as well as decision memos for investment committees * Conduct market, location, and property due diligence analyses * Coordinate and support due diligence processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners * Liaise with fund management, asset management, and development departments to ensure alignment * Communicate effectively with advisors, property owners, and brokerage firms * Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
