Working across PR HQ, E&A affiliates and Tech teams, this role is a vital member of the Tech Finance team, delivering reporting and analysis for the global Tech function. Your key missions? * You participate to the rolling forecast process, including analysis on opex, capex and Tech projects. * You share outputs with affiliate Finance teams. * You participate to the publication of the monthly financial reporting for both opex and capex. * You coordinate 3-year capex plan process (where required) * You adhere to calendar of financial reporting deadlines, collecting requirements/deadlines from each stakeholder and set up internal milestones to achieve them. * You help to manage any international taxation requirements including the annual recharge of IT costs to relevant PR affiliates. * You build and maintain relationship with E&A affiliates and PR HQ and be an active member of the Tech Finance work stream (Tech and Finance). Budget and forecast phases: * You manage cost collection through use of IT Financial Management applications. * You provide related documentation and education to the team. * You prepare comments on variations. * You prepare output files for communication to Finance teams in local affiliates.
