Job Description

As a Working Student within the Industrial & Logistics team, you will provide direct daily support to Consultants who advises clients on industrial and logistics real estate. You play a key role in preparing analyses, reports, market research and client meetings. This role is ideal for a student who is analytically strong, enjoys working with data, and is curious about the commercial real estate sector. You will gain hands‑on experience by assisting with research tasks and occasionally joining client meetings or site visits.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master programme (Real Estate, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or similar).
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, structured way of working.
Enjoys working with data and conducting detailed research.
Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (PowerBI is a plus).
Professional communication skills in English and Dutch.
Available 16–24 hours per week alongside your studie.
Willing to travel occasionally for meetings within the Netherlands.
Preferably able to work regularly from our Eindhoven office.
