As an intern within our Buying team, you’ll gain exposure to how we curate and develop our product ranges across global beauty brands. You will support Buyers in identifying trends, analysing product performance, and assisting with supplier coordination. This may include helping to prepare product selections, tracking competitor activity, and supporting the launch of new ranges. You’ll develop an understanding of how commercial decisions are made, balancing customer demand, brand strategy, and profitability. Within Merchandising, you’ll learn how we plan, trade, and optimise product performance across our digital platforms. You will assist in analysing sales data, monitoring stock levels, and supporting the team in forecasting demand to ensure the right products are available at the right time. You may also contribute to reporting, promotional planning, and identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve customer experience.
