As a Supply Chain Intern in Valeo Pianezza, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies in an international and multicultural environment, gaining hands-on experience in both customer demand management and production scheduling. Mission: During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn how to: * Customer Service Support: Manage customer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) releases, monitor demand fluctuations, and ensure timely communication regarding delivery schedules. * Production Planning: Assist in creating and updating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure production levels align with customer requirements and inventory targets. * Material Flow Optimization: Collaborate with the logistics team to prevent shortages and optimize the flow between raw material arrival and finished goods shipment. * KPI Monitoring: Analyze and report on key supply chain metrics such as Service Rate (OTIF), inventory rotation, and production plan attainment. * Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the planning process and suggest digital or procedural solutions to enhance agility.
