






The trainee will be included in the Sales Analytics department of Knauf Italy, supporting the Sales Department and Commercial Excellence Teams and having the opportunity to carry out a training project on the commercial offer process & analytics, with focus on the following activities: - Learning the Sales Process and Commercial Policy ok Knauf Italy - Support the management of price list, commercial discount waterfall and customer segmentation - Usage of internal ERP system to correctly maintain Customer Price information topic - Usage of CRM tools to monitor and control the Sales Opportunities and Commercial Quotes - Prepare reports and analysis on business insight, sales trend, discounts and bonuses guaranteeing the correctness of the data, fast responding time and consistency of processes - Assist Commercial department during the quoting phase
