

As a HR intern, you will be part of the HR Team of Barcelona and your role will consist in being the warrant of HR processes, act as a point of contact for employees and participate in various HR projects from July for 6 months. Your missions : In this context of high-growth, we are looking for an HR Intern (6-month internship) starting in June/ July . You will be part of the HR Team of Barcelona and your role will consist in being the warrant of HR processes, act as a point of contact for employees and participate in various HR projects. * HR Administration: you will be involved and act on all administrative HR processes to make sure of their rigorous management and follow-up with employees, managers and the HR team. In particular, you will intervene in: + Onboarding : You will lead the integration process and make proposals to keep it at the highest level. + Offboarding : You will be involved in the preparation of all the offboarding process + Employee file management : You will regularly collect/update the information about every employee + Absences and personal data management : You will be responsible for gathering every legal document (medical and administrative documents etc…) and for helping the employees in the process. * Employee Management: You will position yourself as a local and trusted contact for employees in order to answer their questions and you will act as a point of contact for them on questions regarding absences, payroll… * You will be in charge of making sure that interns’ experience at Papernest is as flawless as possible: to achieve that aim, you will lead mid-internship interviews as well as exit-internship interviews to gather insightful feedback. * Support to Managers: You will support the rest of the HR team in advising managers on the correct application of the HR policies and compliance with the regulatory framework. You will work with them on initiatives that contribute to the development and retention of talent. * HR Transversal Projects: You will take part in transversal HR projects for Barcelona (that will be defined according to your wishes !). Here are some examples of transversal projects we are currently working on: -diversity and inclusion in the company -implementation of regular HR training for managers - improvement of all the HR processes - retention and motivation of employees
