The IT Apprentice provides day-to-day first-line IT support to users across the business. The role focuses on resolving technical issues quickly, preparing and maintaining user devices, supporting onboarding, and assisting IT projects. As part of this role, you will also support site-based IT activity and work with external suppliers when required. You will be supported by a team of five who work across our projects; Heathrow Airport, Tilbury Energy Tunnel (TKRE), High Speed 2 and track infrastructure, Thames Tideway Tunnel and water treatment in Slough.
