As a working student (f/m/d) in the Cloud ERP Product Success Team, you will work closely with our stakeholders to help build the bridge between development and our customers. You will drive various channels reaching from the creation of product highlights to the roll-out via release videos, webinars, blog posts, demo videos or other learning assets. You will be able to work with customers, learn about their usage of the product, collect feedback and requirements, and ensure their needs are reflected in product development. We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our enablement channels, from planning to execution, as well as help in building a bridge between our customers and other engineering teams. Your role, you will: Help drive automation & AI projects (automation) Create assets such as blog posts, (demo) videos, release highlights, or micro learnings Support the organization and execution of live sessions as part of different webinar formats as well as other learning videos Support the organization of onsite and remote events such as the Customer Councils Gather customer insight and communicate them to needed stakeholders Analyze knowledge gaps and help create the right content in the right format Engage with customers via the SAP Community Engage with stakeholders in the development, UX, field and services organizations
