In this role you will support the In Process Team here at QC Cork. Essential Responsibilities: * In Process Testing Support e.g. BET, BU etc * Scribe at DMS Board at Tier 1 * Assisting with logbook review/archiving for In Process Lab. * 5S champion for In Process Lab. * Assisting with QC support during batch manufacture, ensuring turnaround times are achieved as outlined in QC/Production Service Level Agreement and product release times. * This includes In process Chemistry/Microbiological analysis. * WFI & Steam sampling and analysis * Supporting water collections * Performing routine instrument calibrations and calibration checks. * Ensuring compliance with cGMP, EHS, GxP etc guidelines at all times. * Entering and approving results on LIMS/MODA & completion of batch documentation where applicable * Assisting with weekly internal lab housekeeping audits as required. * Assisting with 5S of In Process Lab. * Assisting with weekly lab clean. * Consumable management – weekly stock check using checklist. * Supporting logbook review and archiving for In Process. * Interaction with other departments e.g. Production, Engineering, QA. * Any other duties as required by QC PTL or designee.
