







As GUEST SERVICES Intern, you’ll join the reception team, working closely with the building´s General Manager to generate unforgettable residencies for our guests. Your mission 🚀 Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding guest service experience, and maximize occupancy through strong customer service. DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK! You will learn to: · Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities. · Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS. · Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies. · Learn the art of auxillary income- how to generate additional sources of revenue. · Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports. · Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives.
