Job Description

As GUEST SERVICES Intern, you’ll join the reception team, working closely with the building´s General Manager to generate unforgettable residencies for our guests. Your mission 🚀 Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding guest service experience, and maximize occupancy through strong customer service. DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK! You will learn to: · Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities. · Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS. · Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies. · Learn the art of auxillary income- how to generate additional sources of revenue. · Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports. · Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English
Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week).
Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do.
Be mobile! While you will probably be based in one building, you may be asked to move between a few, an opportunity to learn and experience more!
Permission to work in Spain.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of the Madrid market is a plus but not a must
