Are you an ambitious and data-driven student looking for an exciting internship opportunity? Join the Reporting & BI team within the Control & Analytics department at Rituals Head Office in Amsterdam, starting September 2026 for 6 months, 40 hours a week. As an intern, you will play an important role in building key insights with Power BI and AI, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the entire organization. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, sharpen your data visualization and analytical skills, and learn how to translate complex data into clear insights for management and teams worldwide. Purpose of the internship As an intern, you are highly involved in daily reporting activities and projects that support enterprise decision-making. * You will support the Reporting & BI team in creating and maintaining key reports in Power BI. * You will work together with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand reporting needs and deliver insights. * You will perform data validation and testing to ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and consistent. * You will analyse data trends and propose improvements to dashboards and KPIs. * You will contribute to projects that enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and self-service analytics. * You will learn how to translate business questions into technical reporting solutions. * You will initiate/explore use cases to incorporate AI into processes and analyses.
