Job Description

The working student position in Project Procurement Management aims to strengthen data analysis capabilities and support digitalization initiatives within the procurement function. The role focuses on two key areas: data analysis and reporting (maintaining and analyzing procurement data, creating visualizations such as in Power BI) and digitalization and process support (contributing to the implementation of new digital tools and process improvements). The ideal candidate is an enrolled student in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field, with an interest in data analytics, initial experience with Power BI, and an understanding of business processes.

Requirements

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a related field
Initial experience with data analysis tools—especially Power BI—through academic work, personal projects, or internships
