You'll assist the local Delivery team in Brussels with daily work such as contracts and administrative management tasks. You’ll be in contact with clients via mail and phone to assist them and answer their questions regarding their contract. You’ll be coordinating external partners to ensure a smooth preparation of each new and existing leasing contract. You’ll help clients take their first steps with their LIZY-car and will follow-up on some post-delivery issues.
