Our two year programme offers a challenging opportunity for learning, exploring and building solid legal skills. Trainees typically undertake four 6 month seats in our principal areas of work: Corporate, Special Situations & Trading, and Disputes. Trainees in each seat work under the direct supervision of a partner, and will get real hands-on experience from day one. Your supervising partner will take overall responsibility for your training in any given seat, and you will get exposure to all of the lawyers in the office over the course of your training contract. In addition to your supervising partner managing your development in each seat, the training partner, Iden Asl, has overall responsibility for the trainees. A thorough induction starts your training contract, introducing you to all of the resources and the support you will require. Pro Bono The firm has a strong history of pro bono activity, particularly through the Brown Rudnick Center for the Public Interest. In London, we have a pro bono committee and are a member of Law Works. The cohesive, dynamic nature of the London office means that any and all suggestions for pro bono work will be considered.
