Join Accenture’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects (ICP) team within Industry X, where we help deliver large‑scale engineering and construction programs through data‑driven project controls, digital tools, and structured project methodologies. ICP supports major initiatives across energy, utilities, transportation, public infrastructure, industrial facilities, and real estate development. As an Intern, you will contribute to digitally enabled project delivery and support complex, capital‑intensive projects from planning through execution—working side‑by‑side with experts who drive some of the most impactful infrastructure and engineering programs in the industry. ICP overview: https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/infrastructure-capital-projects Explore our projects and meet the ICP team, watch a recording from our meetup: https://fb.watch/DJqNKn30Au/ What you will do As an intern, you will provide support across multiple engineering/project domains depending on ongoing projects. , such as transmission grid expansion, rail infrastructure, road construction, eMobility operations etc. Your responsibilities may include: - Help create and adjust project reports, turning basic data into clear summaries for the team. - Assisting in preparing reports, dashboards and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Helping organize and facilitate meetings and workshops, including preparing materials and taking notes. - Supporting digital project management tools - Helping monitor technical operations (e.g., charging infrastructure, service processes, maintenance activities). - Participating in quality and process management tasks, such as reviewing documentation or updating process maps. - Collaborating with interdisciplinary engineering teams, contributing to smooth information flow and coordination. - Conducting basic research or data analysis to support engineering and project management decision‑making. - Supporting internal team activities such as strategic decision-making, topic development and more. - Supporting the processing of tenders and the preparation of documents.
