




Tutored by the Registration Office and Language Center Supervisor, the intern will study and apply customer care techniques to learn how to welcome the students, teachers, visiting professors and guests and develop the welcoming and professional spirit of our Academy which aims to create a student-centered environment within our Campus. The selected candidate will learn the following activities: * Assure a welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving the pass and the general information about the Campus and all services and Units. Execute the distribution of the student badge. * Execute the management of switchboard distributing the calls to Units request and identifies the correct subject to forward the call or request. Execute the management of the mailbox of ‘reception’. Execute the lost and found. * Support the annual update of the guide, coordinate the collection of updates, require and verifie the translation and layout of the texts. * Support the Registration office in the daily activities in ordinary administration (distributing keys to teachers and staff, supporting with the management of the mailbox Segreteria) * Support other academic offices in coordinating the entire flow of outgoing mail (letters, pony, couriers) and providing assistance to Units that need to send letters or packages.
