Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Sponsorship & Charity Intern to join our Entertainment & Events team in our Global HQ in Milan. Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES: * Operational support to the Sponsorship & Charity Team across a variety of projects (charity events, athlete management, shootings, logistics and shipments); * Preparation of reports, updating Excel files, and managing internal documentation; * Coordination of sample requests, warehouse item search, and interaction with internal teams; * Taking meeting notes and supporting the organization of appointments and team schedules; * Archive management, email handling, and daily back‑office tasks.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
