Job Description

The role will be part of a growing and talented Business Improvement Team and will report directly into our Group Business Improvement Lead. The role will support the definition and execution of key operational and financial priorities, with a strong focus on data accuracy, performance reporting and cross-country alignment You will contribute to analytical workstreams and develop insights that inform strategic decisions, supporting the Operational and Financial Strategy of the Company

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or on-going) in a quantitative or business-relevant field, ideally complemented with a master’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, etc.
Fluency in English essential
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong bias toward data-driven decision making and the ability to translate datasets into clear business insights
Advanced Data skills, focused on SQL and PowerBI (either on the analytical side or in reporting/data-modelling environments)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience collaborating and working with different cultures, across different geographies, under time and scope pressure in the delivery complex projects with high quality output
