Job Description

As an Early Careers Talent Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for early careers programmes, including internships and graduate roles. You will be involved in recruitment campaigns, assessment days, onboarding activities, and employer branding initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to the full early-careers lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment. This internship will begin in early July 2026.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in recruitment, talent management, or early careers development
Previous experience (internship, part-time, or academic projects) is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and structured in your work
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
Able to work independently and in a team
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional mindset
Fluency in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
