



• HR Data & Reporting: Support the preparation, development, and ongoing improvement of HR reports and dashboards with a focus on HR reporting and HR controlling (e.g. headcount, FTE, personnel costs, KPIs, trends and forecasts). • CSRD & Sustainability Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and alignment of HR-related data for CSRD and sustainability reporting, ensuring high data quality and consistency. • HR Controlling: Assist in the controlling support of HR, help to link HR data with financial and business perspectives and enabling data-driven decision-making. • Projects & Continuous Improvement: Participate in global HR reporting and controlling projects (e.g. reporting harmonization, KPI frameworks). Bring in your own ideas to help improve processes, reports, and data structures.
