Join Euronext Securities as a Functional Analyst Intern within our Software Factory team. You will be part of the Data, Automation & Messaging Functional Analysis team, supporting the development of innovative solutions for our four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Milan, Copenhagen, Porto, and Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment at the heart of Europe’s capital markets. You will be primarily responsible for: Supporting the collection and analysis of business requirements related to data, robotic process automation (RPA), and messaging processes Contributing to the drafting of functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements Learning and applying functional analysis methodologies and tools in an Agile/Scrum environment Assisting in conducting gap analyses and documenting solution options Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements Helping to prepare project updates and status reports Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications and user stories

Requirements

Supporting the collection and analysis of business requirements related to data, robotic process automation (RPA), and messaging processes
Contributing to the drafting of functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements
Learning and applying functional analysis methodologies and tools in an Agile/Scrum environment
Assisting in conducting gap analyses and documenting solution options
Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
Helping to prepare project updates and status reports
Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications and user stories
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in functional/business analysis, data, RPA, and financial services
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Proactive attitude, curiosity, and openness to feedback
Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English (written and spoken)
