As a Digital Product Manager Apprentice, you’ll help design and deliver tools that make banking smarter, simpler and more human. This isn’t about “shadowing ” . I t’s about shaping real products from day one. Two years. From every angle This apprenticeship gives you hands-on product experience plus classroom learning. You’ll see how user needs, data and design come together to create digital products that matter. As we continue to grow and evolve, it’s natural that teams, line managers and roles may change, but each shift brings new opportunities for learning, connection and future success. You’ll spend time in the Chief Digital office in both our Insurance, Pensions & Investments Business and in our Business & Commercial Banking Team - all while staying in your home hub. Fully funded We’ll cover both your salary and the cost of your qualifications, so by the end of the programme , you’ll h ave completed a l evel 4 apprenticeship in Digital Product Management. You’ll also gain valuable experience working at the UK’s biggest digital bank, along with a range of transferable skills that can support a career in product, digital, or tech roles.
