Berluti is seeking an innovative and motivated Continuous Improvement Trainee to join our team in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement, a desire to make an impact, and the drive to tackle challenging problems. This position will provide the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team to share best practices, develop solutions, and help drive our continuous improvement initiatives.To be successful in this role, the Continuous Improvement Trainee should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in process improvement, project management, and/or Lean/Six Sigma.
