You have successfully completed your master’s degree and are eager to start your career in an international, technology-driven environment. As part of our Management Trainee Program, you will take on responsibility early on within the Financial Services team of our Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS) EMEA organization. In this role, you will contribute directly to the development of small standard automated solutions – a strategically important and fast-growing business area within the KION Group. By enabling smart financing, risk assessment, and contract structures, you will help customers take their next step in automation and shape how innovative solutions reach the market. From day one, you will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team working at the interface of finance, sales, risk, and technology, with exposure to international stakeholders and real business decisions.
