You support the internal IT support team in day-to-day operations. You contribute to exciting IT processes and independently take on smaller projects. You work closely with the entire IT team. You assist users across all locations and provide support with IT-related questions. You support the administration of servers, telephone systems, and access control systems. You assist with basic incident and problem analysis, escalate issues where necessary, and resolve them under guidance. You maintain and manage company-wide email distribution lists. You support the setup and configuration of new workstations.
