



The Transformation office Intern will be a key member of the Transformation Office team, reporting to the managers of the team. The role will be based in Madrid. The Transformation Office Intern will work side by side with HR Transformation managers to define and ensure adequate and consistent implementation of several strategic projects across all HR functions. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders from all countries where the company operates to make sure the company is operating consistently and implementing the defined engagements across different geographies. This role provides a unique opportunity to get hands-on with automation and digital tools. The Transformation Office Intern will help design, build, and optimize solutions that make everyday work easier and smarter. You don’t need to be an expert in these tools yet, what matters most is curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and create. Key Responsibilities The main responsibilities will entail: · Support and get involved in cross-country and cross-function projects (to deliver global HR support), for which will be expected to: o Analyse project impact/ results (highly number driven organization) o Maintain 360-degree perspective (on e.g. scope, timing, costs, quality, communication and deliverables) across teams involved o Support in the development of solutions, actions and roadmaps to accelerate transformation and mitigate risks, involving stakeholders and senior leaders appropriately · Design and implement process automations and digital tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort. · Maintain and optimize existing automations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability. · Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, turning ideas into working solutions. · Research new technologies and tools with potential applications in HR and business operations, contributing to innovation within the Transformation Office.
