TNP is looking for motivated talents to join our teams of consultants for a 6-month internship to contribute on projects on Financial Services industry (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management). You will participate to consulting projects and initiatives related to topics such as Basel III, Solvency II, MIFID II/IDD, ESG&sustainability, quantitative Risk Management and Risk governance transformation for Risk control functions, developing your project management skills . In addition, you will participate in the business development of the first TNP office in Italy, supporting its growth on the market.

Requirements

Master’s in management, Economy, Management Engineering, Mathematics, end of studies
Knowledge of Financial Services industry (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management), Risk Management and Regulatory topics
Proactivity, curiosity, and capability to work with a relative degree of autonomy
Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
Competency in Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel and word)
Knowledge of IT tools like Power BI, Python, R and any AI applications, are a plus
Italian and English languages are mandatory, a third language is a plus
