Umfangreiche Einblicke und aktive Unterstützung in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung und Personalbetreuung * Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Personalentwicklungsangebote und -prozesse sowie Organisation und Koordination interner Veranstaltungen und Trainings * Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement und Recruiting sowie Unterstützung bei diversen Onboarding-Maßnahmen * Unterstützung im Personalmarketing * Aktive Mitwirkung am operativen Tagesgeschäft * Systemseitige Betreuung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

Requirements

Laufendes fortgeschrittenes Studium, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, bspw. Pädagogik bzw. Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaft, mit vorgegebenem Pflichtpraktikum
Erste Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen von Vorteil
