







The People Insights & Analytics Intern plays a key role in strengthening the team’s delivery capacity across priority HR insights, capability‑building initiatives, and operational improvement activities. This position ensures continuity, structure, and effective execution within the HR Insights team. You will support the coordination, preparation, and follow‑through of team priorities through communication, content development, process documentation, and workflow support. Operating across team delivery, learning enablement, and process optimization, you will help translate strategic priorities into structured, scalable, and efficient ways of working.
