We develop AI agents for internal use that take real work off our employees' hands. To do this, we connect various systems (including SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk, M365/SharePoint/Teams, Confluence and internal applications). Your tasks: * Understanding use cases, evaluating/activating suitable Microsoft connectors, testing API access and configuring agents so that interfaces are addressed correctly and results are prepared in a usable form. * Bring in your own ideas, identifying and documenting potential further enhancements. * You will work independently on pragmatic POCs, document concisely and receive 2–4 hours of sparring per week. * No prior knowledge of Copilot is necessary – curiosity, systematic thinking and basic API knowledge are more important.
